Lianda DOTG

Description

Lianda DOTG is a cure accelerator for thiazole (MBTS, MBT, ZMBT) or sulfur/thiuram cure systems.
DOTG is widely used in NR, CR, SBR, and NBR. It is also used in ACM and AEM elastomers containing an acidic cure site providing good compression set and high modulus.
DOTG is widely used in tire tread compounds, thick section part and roller compounds,

Processing

DOTG has a critical vulcanization temperature of 141°C (286°F). It has excellent processing safety below this temperature. It provides better processing safety than DPG(diphenyl guanidine). Usage level is 0.8 – 1.5 phr as primary accelerator and 0.1 – 0.5 phr as a secondary accelerator.
